Biography:
Mr. Virgilio B. Ratunil, Jr. is a graduate of Master of Science in Aquaculture at Mindanao State University at Naawan, Naawan, Misamis Oriental and currently taking his Ph.D. in Marine Science at Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Tibanga, Iligan City. He is connected with the Surigao del Norte State University as Associate Professor IV and published 11 research papers in different journals. He received awards in national and international research conferences with two Best Papers and one Best Presenter. He supervised different institutional and externally funded research and extension services in fisheries related projects as project leaders and proponents.
