Biography:
Mandeep Kaur is a PhD Scholar in Zoology at Panjab University, Chandigarh, with research expertise in aquatic toxicology, ecotoxicology, and environmental health risk assessment. Her research investigates hexaconazole toxicity in Cyprinus carpio and the protective potential of Azolla pinnata. She has expertise in spanning atomic absorption spectroscopy, oxidative stress and genotoxicity assays, histopathology, and advanced statistical analysis using R and SPSS. She is the recipient of the prestigious fellowships by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India (CSIR) Junior Research Fellowship (2021) and Senior Research Fellowship (2023).
