Biography:
Maria Grazia Basanisi is a biologist, specialised in Microbiology and virology, with experience in the food microbiology sector. She joined the research group of Dr. Giovanna La Salandra at the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale della Puglia e della Basilicata (Foggia, Italy) in 2011. During this time, she conducted research on foodborne pathogens and published several articles in international and national journals.
