Zhao Qiong, Ph.D., Senior Engineer, specializes in the research and development of aquaculture probiotics and plant fermentation. She has led 7 scientific research projects and received a Third Prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award. As the first author, she has published 7 academic papers in journals such as Aquaculture, Aquaculture International, and Microorganisms. She holds 3 authorized patents as the first inventor and has contributed to the formulation of 5 local standards.
